We have a 99.5% on time delivery performance, and we deliver almost everywhere in Chicagoland (including parts of Wisconsin & Indiana). If an address is outside of our normal delivery area, an extra mileage charge may apply. Please feel free to ask for details when placing your order.
When ordering, please allow for a 15-minute window of delivery. Upon arrival, our drivers will unpack and setup your order to ensure that nothing distracts you from getting down to business.
Food & Supplies
Our meals are served family style, so we do ask that entrées are ordered for four or more guests. Complimentary baguettes and butter are included with most entrees. All of our orders include necessary plates, cups, utensils, napkins, serving utensils and condiments.
Ordering & Cancellations
When placing an order, the more notice you can provide, the better! We can guarantee orders that are placed by 6pm the evening prior. If something comes up after 6pm, please feel free to call and leave us a voicemail – one of our account representatives will call to review and confirm the next morning.
We know things can come up, so if you need to change or cancel your order, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. All cancellations must be received by 6pm the evening prior.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card. We also offer direct billing for corporate clients – please call for details.
Minimums & Delivery Rates
For weekday breakfast and lunch events, our delivery minimum is $100. For afternoon (after 3), evening, and weekend orders our delivery minimum is $250.
Evening & weekend events are subject to a $19.99 delivery fee. Our weekday delivery rates are calculated based on your Food and Beverage subtotal: If your subtotal is: $100 to $250, delivery is $19.99 — $250 and over, delivery is FREE!
What is "Drop Off" Service?
At Gourmet 45, we describe our service as Drop Off PLUS because we're not your ordinary food delivery service. We know your time is valuable so we take care of the food presentation while you focus on your guests. We bring everything but the table (and can bring those too if needed!): meaning plates, napkins, cups, and serving utensils are always included. No signature is required upon arrival — simply point us in the right direction and our professional delivery staff will unpack and set up a beautiful buffet.
